Terms of service
Last updated [Effective date]
Use Flowday fairly, keep your account safe, and pay for Pro if you use it. Your content stays yours.
The agreement
These terms are between you and [Company legal name]. By using Flowday you agree to them. If you use Flowday for an organisation, you agree for it too.
Your account
Keep your password safe and tell us at [support@yourdomain] if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 13 (16 in the EU).
Your content
What you write in Flowday is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, for example to sync it between your devices and show it to people you share with.
Fair use
Do not use Flowday to break the law, harm others, send spam, or try to break into the service or other accounts. Posts in feature votes must be respectful; we may remove posts that are not.
Plans and payment
Free is free. Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. The 15-day trial costs ₹10 in India or $1 elsewhere (not refunded) and turns into a paid plan on day 16 unless you cancel before. Early supporter is a one-time payment for Pro for as long as Flowday runs.
Free plan limits are 2 projects, 50 notes and 3 habits, counting archived items. If Pro ends, items over these limits become read-only; nothing is deleted and you can export everything.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Flowday running and your data safe, and keep backups, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features; if we make a change that removes something you paid for, you can ask for a refund for the unused time.
Ending
You can stop using Flowday and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after warning you where we can.
Liability
Flowday is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Country / state], and disputes go to the courts of [City]. Consumers keep any rights their local law gives them.
