Refunds and cancellation

Cancel any time in two clicks. If Flowday isn't for you, we'll refund you.

Trial

The first 15 days of Pro cost ₹10 in India or $1 elsewhere. This trial charge is not refunded and is not taken off your first bill. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing more is charged. We remind you two days before it ends.

Cancelling

Cancel from Settings › Account › Manage plan. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free.

Refunds

Monthly plans: ask within 7 days of a charge for a full refund of that charge.

Yearly plans: ask within 14 days of a charge for a full refund of that charge.

Early supporter: ask within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Write to [support@yourdomain] from the email on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

Bought in the App Store or Google Play

Purchases made in a phone app store are refunded by that store, under its rules. We can point you to the right page.

Delivery

Flowday is software delivered online. Pro is active on your account as soon as your payment or trial starts. Nothing is shipped.
