Flowday uses only what it needs to work. No advertising or tracking cookies.

What we use

Sign-in cookie: when you are signed in on the web, a secure cookie keeps you signed in. Pages cannot read it.

Local storage: your planner data and preferences, such as your theme, are saved in your browser so Flowday works offline. This website remembers the theme you tried the same way.

Desktop app: your sign-in is kept in your computer’s secure keychain.

What we do not use

No analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and no third-party trackers. Because we only use what is strictly needed, there is no cookie banner.

Clearing them

Signing out removes the sign-in cookie. Clearing your browser data removes local storage; if you are on the free plan, export your data first, because it lives only there.
