Questions
Is my data on your server?
Not on Free: it stays in your browser or the desktop app, on your device. With Pro, it syncs through our server so your devices stay in step.
What counts toward the free limits?
Every project, note and habit you keep, archived ones included. Deleting one frees its place.
How does the trial work?
The first 15 days of Pro cost $1. Cancel before they end and nothing more is charged. Otherwise your plan starts on day 16, and we remind you two days before. The trial charge isn't refunded or taken off your first bill.
What happens when Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted. Anything over the free limits becomes read-only until you're back under them or return to Pro. You can always export everything.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. See refunds and cancellation for the details.
Is there a phone app?
Flowday works in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen. With Pro, your phone and computer stay in sync.
How do updates work?
The web app is always the latest. The desktop app checks once a day, downloads in the background and asks before restarting, never during a focus session.
